About the role 

Working within a professional and high performing sales team, you will be making warm outbound calls and take inbound sales calls to both new and existing clients and educating them as to how they can save thousands of dollars when selling their largest asset. Your previous experience in a sales role will see you excel and be rewarded with a generous incentive package above a base salary.

Training and guidance will be provided. This role will give you an insight into the many facets of working in a dynamic Sales Department and you will report directly to the Head of Sales & Operations.

Flexibility to work weekends in lieu of week days would be an advantage.

 

Selection Criteria:

  • Recent Telesales experience with integrated CRM and online call systems
  • Drive to continuously make outbound phone calls
  • Ability to achieve and exceed KPIs
  • Self-starter with a passion for results
  • High level of sales abilities; qualify, upsell, cross sell and close sales
  • A high level of communication skill
  • Ability to educate the consumer and sell them a solution or service
  • Problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Fantastic organizational skills and follow up
  • A cheerful and professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn  
  • Strong computer competencies
