We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Officer within our Interleasing business in New South Wales. As a Relationship Officer, your primary aim will be to support the Relationship Managers on an administrative level, undertaking administrative tasks in the maintenance of existing customer relationships and in growing the business from existing clients, attending client meetings as required.
 
This role is instrumental in influencing customer satisfaction as he/she will be liaising with customer representatives on a daily basis.
 
Reporting into the TL - In life services, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing support in the preparation of quotations, obtaining orders, and administering the changeover of vehicles among others
  • Delivering a professional support service direct to external customers on behalf of Relationship Managers, especially customer service issues that arise in their absence
  • Pro-active management of the lease expiry and replacement process, ensuring that contracts are linked in all circumstances
  • Ensuring that the contracts are updated with accurate and relevant information
  • Running of order reports and following up transactions with the orders & delivery team
  • Ensure that key administrative tasks comply with key business policies E.g. registration of vehicles, credit requirements
  • Provide telephone support to ensure all incoming calls for Relationship Managers and answer general queries and take accurate messages as appropriate
  • Assist with various ad-hoc administrative tasks
 
Successful candidates will have:
  • Solid experience working in a professional services administration environment with a high level of focus on customer service/sales activities
  • Experience working in the fleet leasing industry or similar
  • Commitment and proven ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and computer literate and proficient in Microsoft application
  • Well presented with a professional manner
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
