We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Accounts Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Branch Manager this is focused on building and developing new business with our customers along with identifying solutions that can be complemented through our product range.

The Role:

• Developing and achieving sales, margins and budgets
• Servicing & opening new accounts
• Meeting and exceeding KPIs and budgets
• Highly competitive salary + superannuation + bonus structure
• Fully maintained company car, mobile phone and tablet (on completion of probation)

This position works closely with our customers on developing strategies that will enable mutual returns for our valued customers and the business. You will have a pedigree of exceeding sales targets through your solution sales approach, have sound merchandising and category development skills, build solid relationships with our customers whilst being organized and well planned in all aspects of what you do. Another component will include regular reporting back to the Branch Manager to collaboratively achieve the objectives of the business.

Candidate:

• A self-driven, confident, motivated, outgoing and proactive nature
• Strong communication skills both verbal & written
• Good knowledge of the Adelaide area and industry
• Passion and drive for selling, with previous experience and proven results in sales related role.
• Outstanding customer service
• Loyal and looking for a long term career
• Full car license essential

To be successful you will also hold the following skills and attributes:

• Materials Handling/Wheels and Castors industry experience and/or product knowledge (preferred)
• Previous experience in a customer service position within a wholesale or retail environment
• Strong customer service skills and communication skills
• Excellent work ethic
• Ability to multitask
• Team player
• Basic computer literacy
