With aggressive growth plans for 2018, they are looking for high potential sales talent to join their team!

 

Role

This role will form part of the foundation team for the launch of the Australian office, therefore this person needs to be passionate about helping to scale a business, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. 

With aggressive growth plans for 2018, we're looking for Business Development Managers to join our team. The role is a mix of hunter and farmer – someone who can win new customers, as well as manage and grow existing accounts.

  • Drive sales process from inception to close
  • Coverage of your prospect patch through calling and face-to face meetings
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales
  • Act as the interface between the customer and the service teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to specifications
  • Own customer's success by understanding their key business objectives for working with us and ensuring those objectives are met
  • Recognise opportunities for upgrades/expansion and capitalise by leveraging your sales skills

You:

  • Experience in tech, digital, or marketing preferred – recruiting into these areas, direct working experience, or university study
  • Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
  • The hunger to work in a startup and build your career in tech
  • Passion for everything marketing & content creation
