Our client is a fast-growing SaaS vendor specialising in helping companies design communication applications to match and connect the right people to the right information. Founded in Australia, this tech start-up offers a platform for businesses to customise the communications infrastructure it uses both internally and for interacting with customers – including staff communications, crisis response and customer engagement solutions.
  
Due to growth within the business development team, they are seeking a sales support/operations specialist to work alongside the field sales team.
  
Sales Operations / Sales Support responsibilities:
  • Sales support – working with enterprise sales reps and assisting them to close new business
  • Customer success / account management – speaking to end customers and internal teams of engineers, product, fulfillment etc.
  • Proposal development – presentations, sales documents & marketing collateral
  • Data entry – including order processing and order fulfilment
  • Lead generation via phone/email/online prospecting
  • Element of sales with a small sales target – this is something that will develop in time
Key skills required:
  • MUST be proficient in Salesforce with strong sales acumen
  • Structured approach & process oriented
  • Someone who is currently in a sales support or sales operations role, ideally within the technology industry (digital, software, IT or telecommunications)
  • Recent graduates will also be considered – ideally within IT/Business
  • Driven, confident and career oriented – this presents as a unique opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals and develop your career – defined path to inside sales/field sales
