Sprinkler Fix Pump Services are a water pump sales and service company covering the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges. Suppling pumps, pipe fittings and irrigation products to retail, trade and agricultural industries.

We are a Davey Master Dealer.

DAB and Bianco Sales and Service

Grundfos Sales and Service.

We are looking for an Internal Sales person to manage the sales and logistics of our store in Lilydale Victoria.

This is a fulltime position.

Key Responsibilities  

• Counter sales of pumps, pipes and fittings.
• Provide customers with advice and technical info on water pumps and products.
• Manage inventory system and stock control.
• Manage purchasing and supplier accounts.
• Support our Service Team.
• Managing customer enquiries and providing quotations. 
• Manage customer accounts and purchasing
• Spare parts interpretation
• Basic pump servicing and repair
• Deliveries and pickups

Skills required to join our team

• Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MYOB
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships with trade clients
• Be self-motivated to develop your knowledge of the pump industry
• Some technical knowledge of the pump - water - irrigation industry.
• Forklift license class LF 
• Live local to the Yarra Valley.
