To be successful, we know that you will need an excellent wine knowledge, love of food, demonstrate a sound understanding of beer styles and possess a solid understanding of the hospitality business.

Key Objectives of this role ...

  • Manage and grow existing customer business & relationships
  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary role is to manage and grow an existing territory of Hotels, Liquor Stores, Restaurants and Cafe venues.

As an important ingredient of our continuing growth and success, you will be required to 'seek out' and 'cultivate' new customers in your territory. To achieve this, you must be able

and prepared to operate outside normal business hours.

You are required to manage regular product tastings with our customer's and staff, as well as consumers to educate and promote sales of our products.

Your job is to deliver a measurable result to our brand owners in your assigned territory and take accountability for the process of achieving the objectives.

The person who we think may fit ...

You may currently be an experienced hospitality industry professional working in a management or supervisory role, which should enable you to have a "real" understanding of the needs most valued by our customers. On the other hand, sales professionals with territory management experience and an 'above average' knowledge of wine and beer are also encouraged to apply.

The person we are seeking loves stretch targets, is proactive, well organised and self-driven.

You can work well autonomously, but will equally enjoy the support of a sales team environment. We would like you to develop by nurturing positive relationships with our customers and through the support of our committed team. The idea of working in a ‘team oriented’ environment of committed professionals, who enjoy the challenges of a dynamic and challenging industry is a feature of this role.
