About the role
Main Objectives of Role as a Sales Representative
Develop personal sales strategy in line with the organisations overall sales strategy.
Primary focus on NSW bulk media duplication area of the business (USB, DVD, CD, printing packaging and distribution).
Secondary focus on developing reseller network for medium level Prints on Glass sales opportunities.
Strategic identification and targeting of large clients within the specified area of focus.
- Generate new business, either as new clients or promoting varied products to existing clients.
- Maintain and organise accurate clients and prospect databases.
- Provide quotes and information to clients present and future by follow-up processes.
- Participate in regular sales meetings.
- Assist in Sales and Marketing direction and planning.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales pipeline for regular reporting to Director of Sales.
- Identify and market key prospects for partnerships and affiliations within the industry.
- Manage Consignment Stock to specified customers.
- Maintain regular contact with major accounts.
- Complete specific tasks as directed from time to time.
- Liaise regularly with Customer Service team.
- Attend industry trade shows.
Accountabilities
- Monthly and annual revenue targets with set commission structure.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation for regular progress reporting.
- Prepare individual sales plan to achieve set targets (based on organisations annual sales plan).
-Prepare contracts and agreements with clients.
- Market FATS products / services.
- Recommend product line / pricing revisions.
- Participate in recommending price changes in obtaining strategic business.
- Prepare and maintain an up to date and active prospect list of new clients.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential jobs with quoting and regular follow ups.
- Report on success and failures of potential revenue growth.
