Our client is a leading supplier of Digital Marketing Intelligence Software. The product has revolutionised the Online Digital Marketing space and basically sells itself. With over 500 staff globally and has had 20 million users in the last 12 months, it is truly a force to be reckoned with.

We are now looking for an energetic and polished Inside Sales Rep who will be responsible for prospecting (both inbound and outbound) to generate leads and opportunities for the Account Executives.

This is a great opportunity to join our client's sales organisation and begin the path towards becoming an Account Executive. The successful candidate will be given comprehensive training on how to sell the companys solutions.

This role has a planned career path with the global top performer (based in Sydney) moving into a more senior role and still around to mentor you. 

Required Skills and Experience:

• A hunter mentality to find and cultivate new business
• At least 1 year of demand generation or inside sales experience 
• Must be a self-starter who is able to drive themselves towards goals
• Strong capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone
• Comfortable with detailed conversations both at a business and a technical level
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time management skills, and team orientation
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships
• Experience with tools such as SalesForce.com, Hoovers, and "standard" inside sales tools

Sydney CBD - Great Offices 

Salary

Salaries will range from $100,000 - $115,000 OTE (inc Super and Medical)
