Business Development Manager
MM Electrical Merchandising is a cutting edge market leader in the Electrical wholesaling industry. Our Haymans Greentech Cairns operation is currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Solar Business Development Manager.
The permanent role will be principally focussed on serving our existing Solar base clientele, whilst actively sourcing new opportunities. It is a permanent position which may require regional travel and the ability to work closely with our existing support structures.
In this role, you will form an integral part of the management team and be jointly responsible for the strategic planning and development of solar base clientele. In addition, we envisage the role will encompass high level representation across a broad demographic of solar customer’s.
Prerequisites include an electrical trade, solar or sales background coupled with the desire to succeed and build long term relationships. It is expected the successful applicant would possess a strong work ethic and be a motivated self-starter as this role includes all aspects of business functions to develop into a business unit with specific support structures.
An attractive salary package is on offer commensurate with the skill set of the applicant.
Previous experience in a similar environment would be preferable however a proactive, enthusiastic approach to personal skill development would also be well regarded. Comprehensive training will be provided along with the potential for career progression for the right candidate.
