Aftermarket Car Care Sales Consultant - Automotive Dealership
Our Automotive Dealership clients are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated and positive minded individuals who have a passion for the automotive industry and a flair for sales to join their teams as their Car Care Sales Consultant.
The successful applicants will hold a broad knowledge of sales, demonstrate a professional approach and be able to adapt to new environments, challenges and able to meet and exceed your targets.
You will work in fast paced showrooms and be responsible for promoting and delivering MotorOne's products and range including window tint, car care vehicle protection, cosmetic repair membership and vehicle electronics to customers once they have purchased their vehicles.
General responsibilities include but are not limited to:

You will work in fast paced showrooms and be responsible for promoting and delivering MotorOne's products and range including window tint, car care vehicle protection, cosmetic repair membership and vehicle electronics to customers once they have purchased their vehicles.
General responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Advise customers of manufacturer recommendations on maintenance of the interior and exterior of the car
- Tailoring packages and products to meet the needs of each customer, thus providing both a personal and exceptional experience for our customers
- Generating business and utilising all avenues to maximise sales and meet sales targets
- Working closely with your dealership staff and management to enable a smooth and successful customer journey
- Closing a sale and following up with 100% customer satisfaction
- Offering the full range of MotorOne products and services to every dealership customer
- Experience in Retail Sales or the Automotive Industry
- Superstar at building rapport
- Scheduling follow-ups to customers who were not introduced at the point of sale either by telephone, email or fax
- Monitor and inspect treated vehicles prior to delivery to customers, communicate and facilitate correction of any issues and report any continual quality issues to the MotorOne Account Manager
- Provide service and advice in response to customers needs and requests
- Be flexible, available to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays with an RDO during the week
- Regular training, coaching and ongoing support
