We have assisted some of Australia’s largest industry, government and corporate clients in supporting their people, building healthy workplaces and resolving their people issues. We provide a range of Employee Assistance Programs, counselling, crisis response and consulting services.

This Account Executive is centred around building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure services are meeting expectations and new complimentary products are being introduced. Components of the role also include developing new business through the growth of strategic relationships, tenders and referrals.

About the role:

  • Retaining existing customers through proactive relationship management and adding value to the customer over the life of a contract
  • Expanding existing clients’ use of our services, adding value to their organisations
  • Optimising the growth and profitability of Converge through increased business from existing and new client organisations
  • Attending client expos and presenting EAP awareness sessions to client organisations
  • Working with Client Relationship Managers and stakeholders to follow through on identified needs
  • Developing and growing effective partnerships with internal and external key stakeholders

About you:

  • Proven account management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple customer priorities concurrently
  • Experience in account management/business development /sales role is desirable
  • Experience managing budgets, and financial reporting is preferable
  • Self-motivated and have the capacity to respond quickly to situations
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to demonstrate initiative
  • Driver’s license and own car and ability to travel around the state.
