SALES REPRESENTATIVE/BDM for B2B Renovations Industry – Home Renovators Warehouse

Gold Coast

Total $ Package or Hourly Rate Excellent Base plus very high up side commission structure

About The Role

This is a crucial role within our business. The role of Sales Representative/BDM is responsible for achieving the annual sales targets for our Business to Business Income Stream with Builders, Trades, Architects and Drafters as the client base.

 

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

1st Major Area of responsibility is to ensure Annual Sales Targets are met:

  • Some leads will be provided but the predominant lead generation will be through direct contact by you
  • Achieve Weekly and Monthly Lead Targets
  • Achieve Weekly and Monthly Meeting Targets
  • Achieve Weekly and Monthly New Client and Sales Target
  • MAIN OUTCOME HERE IS: With your help, we will consistently grow our client base and achieve our monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

2nd Major Area of responsibility is to ensure high levels of customer service:

  • You will be supported by our customer service and showroom sales team, however looking after your B2B client base is your ultimate responsibility, ensuring all B2B customers are happy and satisfied with our service
  • You will be the main go to person if any of our B2B clients have any questions about their relationship with us, think of yourself as a problem solver if they have an issue that needs support
  • MAIN OUTCOME HERE IS: With your help, every single B2B client will understand how to do business with us and feel that if they have any questions they can call you for support

3rd Major Area of responsibility is to keep your Sales Admin/Paperwork up to speed on a daily basis and for Sales Meetings

  • Maintain all of your statistics and activity levels using our proprietary tools and CRM 
  • Have all information and current Sales and Pending Sales and Quotes, Budgets vs Actuals information at hand and ready for team Sales Meetings
  • Attend our monthly company meetings and be prepared to discuss monthly results for your area of the business
  • MAIN OUTCOME HERE IS: With your help, we will have 100% visibility and forecasts within the B2B area of our business

Experience:

  • Sales experience within the B2B Renovations Market a massive advantage but not mandatory
  • General sales experience is preferable but no absolutely mandatory, we can provide training to the right candidate
