My Client is a Global Giant that currently consists of over 30 commercial sales companies in more than 20 countries and hires more than 1500 staff across 3 business units. The Australian operation is currently seeking to recruit a Branch Manager to assist across all 3 business units.


The Position

This position is located in the southern suburbs of Brisbane and your responsibility will be to Manager a Branch that consists of two sales executives, 1 Admin consultant as well as a service technician with the view of hiring two more employees shortly. 


The main responsibilities across the 3 Business Units include:


  • Manage a $4 Million State Budget
  • Plan and coordinate the development of new business
  • Business Development & Tendering
  • Oversee and ensure strategy and processes are in line with business requirements
  • Assisting activities & resources in the following support areas
  • Project Management, Marketing, Operations, Contracts Management, Logistics and Stock Control.
  • Manage warranty and service processes
  • Manage and guide staff
  • Local, Interstate and Overseas travel may be required

Candidate

  • Approximately 5-10 years experience in a Branch Manager's position ideally overseeing more than one business unit. 
  • You will come from a "project based" environment where tenders are part of the business function
  • Experience managing multiple employees
  • Implementing policies and procedures
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, Excel, Salesforce, Tendering databases, ERP system
  • Experience working within Building & Construction, Electronic security, automation markets will be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail
Salary

The remuneration offered is dependable on your expertise. The Salary is negotiable on expertise - Approximately $100,000 base + Superannuation + potential annual Bonus + $18,500 Car Allowance.
