Job Description

LeasePLUS is an Australian owned and operated company specialising in the supply and management of Salary Packaging, Novated Leasing & Operating Leasing products to the employees of some of Australia's largest Corporations and Government departments.
 

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing relationships at Employer level.
• Proactively engage with employers to plan site visits and identify any issues for the operations team to rectify.
• Conducting group as well as individual presentations and information sessions on salary packaging and novated leasing.
• Assist the implementation team with bringing new clients on board.
• Manage the process of transferring packaging between employers.
• Organise travel and schedules proactively
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for Novated Leasing, MyMortgagePlus, MyCardPlus, Rewards and maintain a thorough knowledge of all business units.
   

To be successful in this role, you must;

• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Have a proven track record of managing client relationships at all levels
• Have the ability to work autonomously as well as being a strong team player
• Show strong communication, negotiating, sales and influencing skills
• Experience promoting Novated Leasing will be highly regarded
• Be willing to travel extensively throughout regional Victoria
