Our Client:
A global leader in mining and manufacturing with over 10,000 employees in Australia alone. This division of the company has a long history in the rural products sector, servicing reselllers to the farming and agricultural sector Australia wide.
The Role:
Part of a national team of passionate and energetic individuals working balance of life roles around their kids, partner and self. The role sees you visit independent rural and hardware stores within your territory, that are currently purchasing a selection of our clients products. The territory is focused in South West Brisbane, with potential travel to the Gold Coast & lower Sunshine Coast.
Your Objective:
The primary focus will be to maximise value from each existing relationship by:
- Ensuring maximum sell-in of product ranges.
- Ensure customers are fully aware of each product value proposition.
- Maintaining value based relationships.
- Taking ownership of your territory.
- Exceed expectations.
- Report accurately and comply with directions as required.
The Role in Detail:
Your hours of work will be approximately 20-25hrs per week. Your hours can vary from one day to the next, however, it will need to be spread across 4-5 days, and ideally for you, within school hours = perfect balance.
You will be paid for every minute you work, every Km you drive and be provided an iPad and phone to make life easier.
About You:
- Looking for a role that keeps you active and earning a good income on a part time basis as you head toward retirement, or a parent seeking to balance the family.
- Previous experience and account management background - ideally within hardware, industrial &/or rural sector.
- Sales experience selling ranges would be beneficial.
- Requirement to have access to a car and a full drivers license.
