Fantastic Branch Manager opportunity with a growing, global organisation based in Perth.
Your new company
Our client are a well established yet growing organisation who distribute their premium products and accessories globally. As a result of their future growth strategies an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to look after their Western Australian branch.
Your new role
As Branch Manager, you will report to the National Head of Operations and will take overall responsibility of the day to day running of the Western Australian branch. You will lead a team of 10 including Sales, Warehouse & Adminstration staff. You will have a strong commercial focus geared towards delivering key business revenue and profit objectives. Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the Sales team to achieve State Sales targets.
- Responsible for the stock movements within the branch
- Drive collaboration within the branch and create a fantastic team morale.
- Maintain working relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure the branch is OH&S compliant
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an engaging and team focused leader who gets the best out of their teams. You will have a demonstrable track record leading teams and achieving multi million dollar sales budgets. You will have a strategic & commercial focus to drive revenue and grow your branch. You will have a strong background managing a team of 10+ and have a consultative and trusting leadership approach. You will also have experience managing key accounts and able to increase spend from key clients.
