Our client is the SEO platform of choice for over 8000 global brands with anything from B2B to B2C and all in between. Now having opened up an office in Australia, they are looking to expand the team as they are already growing at a rapid pace.

The role:
Our client is looking for a client success manager to join the team in Sydney. You will be managing approximately 40-50 clients in the SEO and digital market. They are looking for someone who can take a consultative approach with their clients. The successful candidate will be good at problem solving and be able to work with their clients to find a solution but also be able to manage expectations. You will be seeing about 4 clients per day – reviewing their activity, finding areas where they could capitalise and highlighting SEO changes and how they could increase revenue.

The successful candidate:
5 + years experience managing clients
Have a passion for and desire to learn more about digital
Have a background in software or digital marketing
Must be a driven person, a go getter who is not afraid to pick up new business
Have great communication and presentation skills
