If you have had experience in Customer Service/Sales or Account Management and understand the importance of top-level Relationship Building, then this could very well be the role for you. This is not a transactional sales role – it’s about the ability to connect with a Customer and further develop the relationship.
Our Client is a leading Business Strategist specializing in coaching, training and supporting small to medium businesses in growing their business.
They are based in beautiful offices in Pyrmont where you have access to an onsite gym, a meditation room and all your meals catered for – your own personal development opportunities will be endless.
The role involves calling Attendees who have opted to go to an event – your call will see you use your high energy in building rapport genuinely with the client and having a deeper discussion in upselling a VIP seating opportunity.
The current Sales team are amazing – they all have high energy, very team focused, engaged and genuinely passionate about their role within the Company. So you would be joining a team that has an awesome culture and is results focused. Training and support is high on the menu and always available if needed. The desire to learn and grow is essential.

We require you to have a proven track record in relationship-based customer service/sales and that could include retail sales if you are seeking the next level opportunity. Being Customer focused and having strong negotiation skills are essential.
Having had the experience of working towards targets and KPI’s, and the ability to self-motivate when needed.
This is a permanent role offering 50K plus Super plus uncapped commissions!
