ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Operation Analyst/ Manager will partner with and support the sales teams to help them define and execute their strategy. You will have a combination of a strong analytical mindset and a good business head. Responsible for increasing the efficiency and robustness of our analytics processes using Salesforce as the main platform. You must be able to team-up with the existing staff and augment our analysis and delivery capabilities by leading an end-to-end Project that captures all the analysis requirements, architect the systems needed to enable them, collaborate in the discovery, design and representation of the business metrics and manage the timely targeted distribution of Business Intelligence to the appropriate audience.
  
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Optimise the sales rep’s experience within Salesforce
  • Manage and continually improve business intelligence integrations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to equip sales with top line marketing communications
  • Own all reporting and data for sales
  • Analyse trends and make data driven recommendations and decisions
  • Manage, customise and automate company sales reporting, insights and analytics
  • Develop and maintain monthly sales compensation modelling, communication and planning Stakeholder engagement and sales target negotiation
  • Understand key drivers and data in sales forecasting and deliver sales strategies
  • Building profitability and forecast models across all customers and sectors
  • Advanced Excel modelling and data analysis
  • Evaluate operational processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies
  • Train and develop employees on using the CRM
  • Manage team of sales trainers & junior sales/operations managers 
ABOUT YOU
  • Prior experience in technology sales including channel sales advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce is essential; previous experience developing reporting and dashboards required.
  • Salesforce experience 
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Ambitious, business-minded, organised, proactive individual that can operate independently
  • Familiarity with Sales and Marketing process and sales performance KPIs
  • Knowledge of best practices around Dashboards and Report Visualization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems with little guidance
  • Strong Excel (and PowerPoint) skills, including pivot tables
