Offering customers with Creative Stand Designs, they truly are the leading experts in custom stand building, printing solutions and exhibition stands all over Australia and New Zealand.

They are currently seeking multiple Outbound Lead Generators to join the team.

The purpose of the role is to be the first step in the prospecting process by guiding their potential customers through your persuasive abilities and creative methods and passing them onto the live feed where they will be met by our sales consultant who will close the deal.

With full product and sales training provided, our client will invest the time and effort to make your transition into the company a successful and enjoyable one.

Responsibilities
•Outbound calling to potential clients
•Build a great relationship with potential clients
•Know your product and great persuasive skills (Training Provided)
•Generate potential clients and pass onto Sales team
•Outgoing, motivated and enthusiastic personalities who LOVE to talk!

Requirements
•A highly motivated and driven desire to succeed
•A minimum of 1-year outbound sales/ lead generation experience
•Self-motivated individual who loves the thrill of the chase
•Someone with a KPI driven background
•Engaging communicator with ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
•A team player
•Someone who isn't afraid to apply innovation and make this role their own
