The Opportunity
Join the industry leading logistics services company providing customer focused solutions across a range of industries in the "last mile" segment of transport.
Reporting to the State Manager you will be the main driver responsible for the future growth of the State by sourcing new business opportunities and maintaining a small portfolio of existing clients.
Whilst your main role is to formulate solutions to prospective clients after thorough analysis and understanding of their needs, you will also be providing some of our existing clients with analysis and value add recommendations for their business, leadership through knowledge and friendship and support by demonstrating empathy for their concerns and issues.
Necessary Requirements
You will likely be experienced at developing and maintaining face to face structured customer relationships and a strong record of market development. Our ideal candidate has a background in transport or logistics, however of greater importance will be your relationship building, sales and account management skills. You'll need to be resourceful, adaptable, able to work independently and easily network across multiple cultures and at all levels.
