Australian College of Skills & Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to lead our student recruitment team.With proven experience in marketing initiatives and a results driven sales focus, you will lead the enrolments team with inbound & outbound leads, Business 2 Business Strategy, strategic partnerships and targeting fee for service student recruitment in a competitive industry.
Crucial to your success within this position will be:
- A thorough understanding of the Domestic VET market across Australia
- A proven track record of high performance and results selling training to businesses and consumers
- Demonstrated previous experience in managing a Sales/Marketing Team
- Proven ability to manage offsite and interstate teams
- Experience in social media and marketing an advantage
Capabilities:
- Superior and current sales (B2B) and marketing knowledge and skills
- Professional and personable communication skills at a high level
- Inspires others to achieve the highest level of quality and outcomes
- Solid people leadership skills
- Successfully translates innovative ideas into business results
- Management experience in sales and marketing ideally in the VET Sector
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop marketing plans for B2B and B2C markets
- Presenting / Proposals
- Develop or modify existing proposals for clients’ consideration based on needs identified through exploratory meetings
- Create new business opportunities with National clients across key industry sectors
- Prepare commercially focused and student/client focused solutions to compliment existing business
- Maximise fee for service opportunities
- Relevant qualifications teamed with demonstrated success in sales and marketing
- Manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines in a time critical environment
- Proven track record with tangible results in business growth
- Substantial experience with lead generation, managing sales pipelines and direct market focus.
