About the Company:
Flexi Staff Pty Ltd is a leading Australian owned and managed company specialising in all aspects of recruitment and labour hire.
Due to our continued growth and success we are looking for two experienced Rental Sales Coordinator to start work immediately for a privately owned company which specialises in equipment hire including lighting, earthmoving, compressors, pumps and portable buildings.
The Role:
Working Monday - Friday, the successful candidate will be required to liaise with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support the external sales team to ensure equipment availability and supply arrangements
- Manage internal sales enquires directly from customers
- Develop quotes for the supply of equipment
- Raise purchase orders
- Enter hire agreements into base plan and off-hire when agreements expire
- Liaise with transport providers for the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment
- Respond to customer complaints
- Billing Reports
- Safely load and unload equipment (where applicable)
Essential Criteria:
- Current WA Drivers Licence
- Forklift/EWP Licence - Desirable
- Previous hire industry experience - Desirable
- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
