Recent expansion has created a unique opportunity for an individual to join our high performing Sales team based in our major projects division. You will be working along side  large scale clients predominantly servicing the Basements and Major Projects areas of the construction industry. You wont be alone in this new journey. We have a high performing team that will coach, mentor and assist in getting you up and running.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Enhance relationships with existing and new clients to ensure Lantrak is front-of-          mind for their upcoming projects

·         Understanding our competition and implementing strategies to compete

·         Assist existing team members service their client base

·         Quote and Price jobs based on industry trends and business requirements

·         Be accountable for monthly revenue targets

·         Effectively communicate with clients

 

In addition the ideal candidate will have:

·         2+ years experience in a sales related role

·         Construction / Civil experience highly regarded but not essential

·         Positive "can-do" attitude

·         Lateral thinker

·         Resilient personality

·         Solid work ethic

·         Team Player

·         Sales/account management experience preferred but not essential (sales and internal system training and mentoring provided  

·         Ability to liase with individuals at all levels of the business

·         Previous experience working towards achieving KPI's and budgets
