About the role
We need sales consultants able to broach new frontiers as energy efficiency technology grows in leaps and bounds.
We are on the move – an amazing journey from three people in a small office to exploding across Australia, this is the place to get that opportunity you need. You'll work hard, learn like crazy, and be part of a team that won't stop til it conquers the nation. You can't be slow, lazy or happy to settle – to keep up you'll need a drive to achieve!
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Analyse existing/potential customer needs
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Report directly to the National Sales Manager
- Actively work with businesses to upgrade away from outdated energy technologies
- Gain and spread insights on Australia's energy landscape and translate to consumers
- Plan and engage with customers on auditing their work sites
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Proven willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills (not just able to talk, but able to make things happen)
- Heaps of energy
