We require a dynamic business development manager with a successful record of accomplishment selling solutions to senior executives across a diverse range of industries. You would be described as a high-energy, driven sales professional who has a consultative sales approach and the ability to negotiate agreements.
Role responsibilities
- Locating, qualifying and successfully onboarding new accounts
- Account penetration, planning and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Generate revenue and exceed quarterly revenue objectives
- Maximise results from generated leads
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of current and forecast opportunities
- Timely updates of CRM for all lead management and sales forecasting management
- Understand the importance of a repeatable and scalable work ethic
Skills and experience
- 3+ years of field selling experience to corporate customers
- A proven and successful track record of securing new business
- Experience negotiating and closing deals using solution selling techniques
- A track record of quota over-achievement
- Great interpersonal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively influence clients and individuals at all levels
- Effective time management, deal management, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised professional with a strong work ethic
- Previous CRM experience
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing and supportive environment
- BS/BA Degree or higher preferred
A background in events, media sales, IT, recruitment or similar well regarded. You will be rewarded with a base salary and excellent commission scheme that provides opportunities to significantly increase your earnings.
