We require a dynamic business development manager with a successful record of accomplishment selling solutions to senior executives across a diverse range of industries. You would be described as a high-energy, driven sales professional who has a consultative sales approach and the ability to negotiate agreements.

Role responsibilities

  • Locating, qualifying and successfully onboarding new accounts
  • Account penetration, planning and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Generate revenue and exceed quarterly revenue objectives
  • Maximise results from generated leads
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of current and forecast opportunities
  • Timely updates of CRM for all lead management and sales forecasting management
  • Understand the importance of a repeatable and scalable work ethic

Skills and experience

  • 3+ years of field selling experience to corporate customers
  • A proven and successful track record of securing new business
  • Experience negotiating and closing deals using solution selling techniques
  • A track record of quota over-achievement
  • Great interpersonal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively influence clients and individuals at all levels
  • Effective time management, deal management, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised professional with a strong work ethic
  • Previous CRM experience
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing and supportive environment
  • BS/BA Degree or higher preferred

A background in events, media sales, IT, recruitment or similar well regarded. You will be rewarded with a base salary and excellent commission scheme that provides opportunities to significantly increase your earnings.
