Are you a driven and dynamic Manager of Inside Sales? Are you passionate about leading and motivating a sales team?

We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales to join the Asia Pacific Leadership team of a global brand.  Reporting to the General Manager for the region, you'll be leading a growing team of consultants tasked with growing and maximising revenue and opportunities within their existing, established customer base. You will have a measurable track record in building and leading high performing Inside Sales teams. 

Key areas of focus:
  • Build a high performing sales team including all aspects of people management
  • Work with Team Leaders and direct reports to maximise cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, lead generation and create a high-performance sales culture 
  • Drive revenue outcomes and usage of products
  • Drive continuous improvement and customer feedback and identify new features

About You!

You will have a strong track record leading sales teams (Inside Sales) and an interest in technology. The ability to set and manage sales budgets and work collaboratively with other members of the business across the region is required. You are a dynamic and high energy leader capable of acting strategically, yet you can remain 'hands-on' and lead and coach your team by example. You bring fresh ideas and passion for customer growth and retention and the desire to build a high-performance team and culture.   
  • 5 + years experience in sales management roles and leading sales teams (5-10+ consultants)  
  • Track record building and managing high performing sales teams (phone-based Inside Sales or Account Management)
  • Experience setting sales budgets, targets and tracking and achieving delivery of agreed goals
  • You are a motivator with a high degree of energy and passion for the customer and your team
  • Highly collaborative and inclusive approach and ability to build relationships across the business and region
  • Experience owning customer satisfaction, driving customer surveys and feedback, and making data-driven decisions
