Silverback Cargo Care specialises in providing quality and reliable cargo care equipment to the transport and logistics industry nationwide. 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our busy team in Sunshine West. 

Key Responsibilities:

As the Outbound Sales Executive, reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for contributing towards the profitable growth of the business with a specific focus on developing existing customers and assisting in acquiring new business. 

You will be focussed on:

  • Proactive outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales activity
  • Identifying new business opportunities and actively following up potential customers

  • Successfully meeting and exceeding KPI's through maintaining and expanding customer relationships

  • Executing and managing your customer activity plan for prospective customers

  • Gathering customer insights and sharing with your team and other key stakeholders

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to analyse information quickly, to problem solve and think strategically, position and formulate appropriate recommendations
  • Ability to seek ways to continuously improve external and internal customer satisfaction with product or service quality and on-time delivery
  • Ability to work as part of a group of people, working toward solutions which generally benefit all involved parties
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite & CRM software
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business/ marketing or related discipline will be well regarded.
