We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our busy team in Sunshine West.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Outbound Sales Executive, reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for contributing towards the profitable growth of the business with a specific focus on developing existing customers and assisting in acquiring new business.
You will be focussed on:
- Proactive outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales activity

Identifying new business opportunities and actively following up potential customers

Successfully meeting and exceeding KPI's through maintaining and expanding customer relationships

Executing and managing your customer activity plan for prospective customers

Gathering customer insights and sharing with your team and other key stakeholders
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to analyse information quickly, to problem solve and think strategically, position and formulate appropriate recommendations
- Ability to seek ways to continuously improve external and internal customer satisfaction with product or service quality and on-time delivery
- Ability to work as part of a group of people, working toward solutions which generally benefit all involved parties
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite & CRM software
- Tertiary qualifications in a business/ marketing or related discipline will be well regarded.
