About the company
My client provides premium building products to the residential construction industry, with some projects in high-end commercial, retail and hospitality.

Duties

• Consulting directly with with Architects and Designers the key aspect of your role will be to engage directly with Builders and Installers in the residential construction sector.
• Grow business within existing accounts held in the building sector.
• Carry projects through from specification – quoting tender stage and then securing final sale contract.
• Consult with end user clients in the showroom to secure sales and gather new leads.
• Manage & grow a portfolio of highly qualified key clients.
• Achieve sales and behavioural KPI's and ultimately exceed sales targets.

Skills and Experience

• Proven B2B sales experience selling product directly to residential builders and installers
• Client exposure across high end residential Architects & Designers
• Takes an entrepreneurial approach to business development
• Strong portfolio of completed projects over the past 18 months
• Team oriented with strong presentation skills and excellent communications
