We currently have a newly created opportunity available for an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator based at our Sunshine branch. The role is full time and permanent, working within a close knit team environment and reporting to the Branch Manager.
Key responsibilities include :
- Assist the BDM's in their daily activities (quoting, call lists, data entry)
- Achieve new business targets
- Achieve new customer lead and cold calling targets
- Vallidating sales leads
- Develop leads for Business Development Managers
- Develop and maintain new business
- Liaise with the Branch Manager and State Sales Manager
- Service walk in customers promptly and successfully
- Address customer product queries
- Ensure customers have complied with all legal requirements
Candidates must possess the following skills and abilities:
- 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role
- Experience with sales strategies
- Proven experience achieving targets and KPI's
- Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation and illicit desired results
- The ability to prioritise and mutitask in a busy and growing National business
- A results orientated person with a strong attention to detail and a logical approach.
