The Role
We are looking for an experienced executive recruitment consultant to join our Sydney team. Your focus will be exclusive, retained, executive assignments across a diverse range of clients. Specifically you will:
- Research and develop business with new client organisations
- Engage and develop relationships with existing contacts
- Build relationships and network with executive candidates
- Manage assignments end to end for a range of executive positions
- Develop sophisticated proposals
- Negotiate and manage fee agreements
Skills Required
This role is suited to an experienced business development consultant with experience recruiting and managing executive or senior assignments end to end. Your success will come from offering a collaborative and values based recruitment service founded on our in-depth understanding of the unique complexities and culture of the sector.
