Working as a part of a leading financial services institution you will be proud to come to work each day.
We are urgently seeking to speak with experienced Sales / Customer Services professional with insurance / banking / fin services experiences.
Full or Part Time hours available;
- 20 hours per week, 5 hours per day (3pm-8pm)
- 40 hours per week, 5 day rotational roster (between 8am-8pm)
IDEAL RETENTION SPECIALIST
- Previous tele-sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build rapport, utilise negotiation and influencing skills in customer interactions in order to retain at risk customers
- Financial services experience
- Previous customer retention experience
