  • You have a proven track record as a sales producer in the personal development / coaching space.
  • You are a high-calibre sales performer, with a work history of implementing and executing growth plans.
  • You are a superlative 'challenger' consultative salesperson who can shift peoples' perspective.
  • Coaching and public speaking experience are an advantage.
  • Your record is one of smashing KPIs.
  • You are vibrantly articulate on the phone, in person, in writing.
  • You are highly optimistic, dynamic, resourceful, creative.

Your Role:

  • Handling and converting the constant flow of warm inbound leads into the strategy sessions and business accelerator programs.
  • Co-creating and implementing the strategy to expand the sales funnel and augment the sales process.
  • Meeting KPIs of 3 new client acquisitions per week.
  • Presenting strategy sessions to individuals and groups.
  • Building deep and long-lasting relationships with your clients that will span years across their success.
  • Proactively gaining and leveraging referrals.
  • Being self-directed, working autonomously and managing your time.
  • Leveraging networks with relevant stakeholders to grow business.

 

The Opportunity

This role is a life changing career position that fulfils on all the levels.

You will lead a small sales team from the front, converting the constant flow of current fully qualified leads to existing KPIs, whilst implementing your prospecting strategy to meet 2019 growth targets, being a mix of 60% established inbound and 40% outbound/new leads.

Financially excellent remuneration on a high-performance model with generous commission structure, earnings are $170,000-$250,000.
