Job tasks and responsibilities
- The capturing and maintenance of customer orders
- Answering phone calls and proactively work with our customer base to sell more product
- Offering product advice and assistance with product selection (all training will be provided)
- Invoicing daily trading
- Managing customer back orders
- Working with a diverse customer base
- Proactively work with our customer base to sell more product
- Assistance with various marketing campaigns and other projects as and when they arise
Skills and experience
The skill set and experience needed to meet the demands of the role are:
- MS office literacy
- A "can-do" attitude
- Excellent telephone and email manner
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Skills that would give you an advantage would include:
- Experience in the Automotive Industry and/or a passion for cars, trucks and things mechanical
- SAP exposure
