The role
We are looking for a compassionate and driven sales person who is genuinely committed to making a difference in someone’s life and would like the opportunity to be part of a growing business in a growing industry.
 
What we are looking for

• Experienced and self-motivated sales professionals with a balance between a drive to succeed in sales and providing outstanding customer care and solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on your ability to uncover customers true needs, listen and give people a relevant and effective way forward.
• The desire to be part of a team environment and contribute to the growth and development of the business.
• Someone with a background in aged care or disability services would be highly regarded.

 
Key responsibilities

• Warm outbound and inbound needs-based comparison sales
• Provide relevant information about aged care options to customers
• Opportunity and sale pipeline management
• Liaise with care providers and care advocates to find the best outcome for each customer

• $50K – $80K Package negotiable on experience plus commission
