The Role
We are looking for a full time Internal Sales Person to provide excellent customer service to our Customers nationally, principally to manage and coordinate spare parts inquires and inventory control at our facility in Maryland.
Critical Tasks
- Assisting internal and external customers with inquiries both in person and over the phone such as, providing quotations and pricing
- Delivering professional customer service through effective parts interpretation
- Pro-actively communicate and provide feedback to customers advising purchase order status and requests
- Monitor and carry out daily purchasing requests
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Some assistance in preparing invoices, quotes and purchase orders
- Some assistance in picking, packing and dispatching of spare parts when required
About you

- Ability to interpret and process spares / parts through sales enquiries, using quotes, sales orders and purchasing
- Professional
- Previous exposure to ERP work management process
Additional skills that would be highly regarded:
- Previous experience in parts sales and inventory management in a manufacturing / production environment
- Previous exposure to M1
- Previous rail industry experience
Package negotiable based on experience.
