A newly created position exists for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities with a focus on promoting both tactical and strategic client focused client emergency management products and services to a diverse range of industries and clients.  We are an established business with a national reach, looking to significantly grow our client base. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Business Development Manager to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment and play a crucial role in driving the growth of the business.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have a genuine hunger for sales and will be outcome-focused, target driven and relationship-focused in your approach. This role is suited to candidates with demonstrated business development experience with a proven record in delivering top line growth. You will proactively seek out new opportunities and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and manage the bid process.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

-Strong track record in business development sales and working to set KPI’s

-Outstanding relationship building, stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills

-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivery of emergency management services and solutions ideally within a consulting environment is desired

-Experience in Facilities Management, as an Account Manager

-The ability to learn new concepts quickly and “think outside of the box”

-Self-motivated and autonomous with the ability to generate leads and business opportunities
