The Role

You will be a highly valued and critical member of the national sales team. The role is part of a high performance business unit and shares responsibility for taking the company’s flagship products to market.

A leader in its field, with a range of top tier solutions, this business is well poised to substantially increase it’s already significant market share. You will be generating business in multiple verticals and predominantly selling to procurement and finance functions.

This role has a heavy new business focus and is structured to reward high performers with an uncapped commission scheme.

About You

First and foremost you should have a high degree of integrity and professionalism. Your Manager will ensure you have the tools, support and autonomy to be successful in your role. You will be part of a trusting, mature and high performance sales team.

Your business development skill set is also paramount. This is a new business role and you should have a high degree of commercial acumen and enjoy ‘opening doors’ with brand new clients. Working for a market leader, having a brand new product offering and being part of a great team you will have a lot of leverage to enable your success.

You must have:

  • 3-5 Years in a new business sales role.
  • A proven track-record of sales success.
  • The ability to sell based on value not price.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ambition, drive and a high degree of commercial acumen.
  • A high degree of professionalism, integrity and initiative.

There are a number of ‘nice to haves’ including:

  • Experience selling in to procurement and/or finance.
  • Experience selling working capital finance solutions.
  • Experience selling payments or data driven solutions.
