My client is a leading provider of electronic security systems and solutions. The company specialises in CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Nurse Call and Fire Detection to the Australian market. They are a nationally recognised company with the expertise to manage top of the line projects throughout Australia in sectors such as Government, High-rises, Defence, Mining and Healthcare.

Position
The role of Business Development Manager will see you grow the sales for the company throughout Victoria by sourcing and developing projects and client base. This role will require a sales hunter to use their strategic business acumen to open doors and opportunities within the Electronic Security industry. You will engage with developers, builders and contractors to help win big clients and promote product portfolio. You will be rewarded with a very generous base salary as well as incentives and bonuses for reaching KPI’s and sales targets.

Candidate
The ideal candidate will be coming from a strong Business Development background in the Electronic Security arena. You will ultimately need to be sharp, polished, well-spoken and someone who presents as a hunter who is ready to get stuck in and grow the market share in the Melbourne territory. Although this role is nowhere near a door knocker, the business needs a strategic business developer who has a proactive and tenacious approach to sales.
It is advantageous if you are tech-savvy within the industry and can provide advice to clients on a regular basis.
A current VIC security advisors license is essential.
