About the role:

Client management of a portfolio of small – medium sized clients in an assigned territory. Focus on retention and customer satisfaction. You will be results driven and strategic, with a strong technical aptitude. 
 

Your duties will include:  

  • Account management of our clients across the automotive and fabrication products
  • Regular client visits and contact
  • Achieve targets in retention
  • Issue resolution and reporting
 
Key to your success will be your:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment (essential)
  • Relevant industry experience (desirable)
  • Customer-centric
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven success achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to be on the road ~85%
