Nationally recognised retailer providing a diverse and extensive product range, aimed at enhancing your outdoor entertainment experience!Dealing in Barbeques, outdoor kitchens, patio settings and heating options, our client is an instantly recognisable, home-grown company. Currently searching for experienced team leaders for their Artarmon location to provide quality sales knowledge and service to customers - like their products, they'll only accept the best!
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide sales expertise to assist customers and reach targets
- Lead and mentor team members to support the store manager
- Monitor budgets, targets, KPI's and compile P&L reports
- Ensure a high and consistent level of customer service
- Train and mentor apprentice technicians

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in intensive customer service & sales
- Retail management experience highly preferred
- Able to meet targets whilst maintaining quality service
- A high-standard of customer service and communication skills
- Excellent teamworking ability and business acumen
