About the business and the role

As a Consultant Beyond Travel you will be dealing directly with the public and using your knowledge to help plan their dream holiday.
Ideal candidate will have experience in selling our destinations and have room to grow.
This is a full time role based in our CBD office.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Answering all enquiries from our website, emails, phone calls and Live Chat.
Matching availability through our own reservations system (Tour Plan), partners B2B systems and our own live inventory.
Quoting and processing bookings.
Planning and preparing documentation.
Some experience in booking ancilary services such as air (Sabre), insurance, car hire and hotels an advantage.

Skills and experience
Would suit someone with passion looking to make their mark, or current Travel Professional who is wanting to specialise and make a difference. Being a traveller yourself speaks volumes.
Knowledge of Croatia and her islands, Russia and or eastern Europe or a personal experience of a Croatian Cruise would be very beneficial, as would knowledge of our other niche destinations.
High command of the English language, both spoken and written, and hunger for sales and positive personality are key.
