The Opportunity 

The Sales Representative plays a key role in acquiring customers and maintaining growth. Executing sales strategies and reaching sales targets are the primary duties.

The Sales Representative is responsible for building strong relationships with prospective customers to ensure they understand, and utilize, the key features and benefits of their Hubdoc account. This individual will have educated, value-based conversations with our customers to fully understand their business needs and how Hubdoc can support their growth.

A typical day as the Sales Representative at Hubdoc includes...

  • Maintaining Hubdoc Pty Ltd’s strong image and reputation in Australia

  • Executing sales strategies and reaching sales targets in order to maximize Hubdoc Pty Ltd sales to accountants and bookkeepers in Australia

  • Researching market conditions and competing products to improve market knowledge

  • Cleaning and verifying lists of prospective client businesses delivered from marketing

  • Continuing to understand the landscape of the market, especially when it comes to competitors, but also the ever-changing needs of our customers to ensure the company remains in a strong position

  • Keeping in close contact with regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities

  • Deeply understanding customers' needs through skillful qualification process and explaining the processes that solve these needs

  • Training of Business Developer Representatives and onboarding new Sales Representatives

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager on sales progress each week, month and quarter

  • Following up with converted clients to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction

  • Working closely with our marketing department to ensure lead to contact time is as short as possible

  • Being a role model to other members of Hubdoc Pty Ltd

Are passionate about sales and software and have 3+ years experience in a sales environment.

Pride yourself on your communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to build relationships and understand client needs.
