As an Australian owned not for profit Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider, our emphasis is on understanding the unique needs of our customers and tailoring our services to support and prevent mental health issues in the workplace. Due to market opportunities and an expanding service offering we need to recruit a passionate and consultative Relationship Development Manager to help achieve our goals and continue our ambitious journey
Your role will be to build on the existing client base by implementing sales and marketing initiatives that clearly position the strategic and operational value of EAP services in the minds of business executives and owners. As part of the Customer Experience team you will be responsible for managing a broad based portfolio of clients, developing account management plans and gathering information to help further develop services and initiatives to ensure the value they gain from the relationship is maximised.
Your track record of success will reflect your ability to build strong and enduring relationships with a broad range of executives. Your key skills will include your analysis, planning and organising and outstanding interpersonal skills and will be matched by your desire to make a genuine difference. Most importantly you will enjoy working in a team environment that is driven by respect, collaboration and accomplishment.
