About the business and the role

Due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join our top-performing team in selling a wide range of products to our customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and well-presented individual who will become part of our leadership team and strive to achieve outstanding results while working within a supportive and friendly team atmosphere. The successful candidate will be determined, energetic and positive and will be rewarded with a generous package of salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential.

The following skills are essential to be considered for the role:

• Previous automotive Business Manager experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven track record achieving KPIs
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Drive to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Excellent customer rapport and relationship building skills
• Minimum 24 months experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Finance and Insurance and the Automotive Industry
• The ability to work both as a team and independently
• High level of personal presentation
• Professional communication manner, both written and oral
• ERA experience preferred
