We are a well establish Registered Training Organisation that provides nationally recognized courses from a number of national training packages offer to international students.
Our training services specialize in accredited, competency-based training which is considered essential in enhancing individual career opportunities and organization staff skills. Supported by a team of highly qualified trainers with current industry experience in the areas we train.
Currently, we are seeking Marketing Officer (s) who have:
- Fluency in other languages applicable to our key markets (Latin America, Malaysia, Indonesia, Europe) is strongly preferred.
- Experienced in liaising with Latin American, Malaysian, Indonesian, European market agents
About the Role:
Reporting to the CEO and Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and promoting our RTO to the network agents.
Responsibilities will also include the management of existing education agent relationships and other external stakeholders to ensure active communication and ongoing partnerships.

- Ability to represent our college in a professional and knowledgeable capacity; well-presented with a professional, confident image
Additional Selection Criteria
- A well networked individual with current working knowledge of the Australian international student recruitment market to lead, develop and drive strategies designed to strengthen and achieve College Australia's international student recruitment target for your region.
- Large network of onshore and offshore education agents plus other recruitment channels for the various International Student markets.
- Knowledge of the VET Quality Framework, CRICOS, ELICOS and ASQA standards and regulations.
- Selection of Marketing Officer will be based upon experience in Onshore and Offshore markets.
Remuneration
Base Salary*, Commission and bonus will be discussed during the interview and subject to candidate's working experiences and performance.
The successful candidate will be in different culture background and have experience in the international education sector.
