POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the GM BD, the position of the W&L Learning Sales Representative is to manage the new W&L Learning clients and to drive financial growth in the department by offering the W&L Learning suite of services including; online learning content, the new Learning Management System – The Learning Hub (LMS), and various associated content development services.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage all new W&L Learning clients and all relationships within those accounts.
  • Build key personnel relationships to increase new client confidence to maximise effectiveness.
  • Identify new customer targets
  • Meet with W&L Learning prospects (face to face) to qualify business-to-business (B2B) opportunities across the suite of W&L Learning services.
  • Work with General Manager – Technology and Systems, and the IT Support team to ensure that W&L Learning content development and customisations are fulfilled within a timely manner.
  • Handle client issues by clarifying, emphasising agreement terms and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Keep the W&L Learning business development sales pipeline updated in collaboration with the business development team.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within W&L’s Customer Relation Management Tool.
  • Forecast sales targets for W&L Learning.

SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong customer service focused.
  • Online learning platform and content development experience.
  • 3-5 years account management and business development experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
  • Excel and CRM experience
  • High-level oral and written communications skills.
  • Excellent work ethic, energy, passion and commitment.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Driver’s license and own, reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to travel interstate for 1-2 days per month on an ongoing basis.
  • Ability to periodically attend trade shows / conferences interstate for 2-3 days duration.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

  • An understanding of online learning professional services and learning management systems.
  • An understanding of healthcare, aged care and community care sectors.
  • Existing relationships with decision makers within the aged and community care environment.
