About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager for an immediate start within the Hunter Region. This position will be a full time, permanent role with our client.

Our client is a nationally based access company that has the next challenge for the pure sales hunter in you.

All they ask is that you love to win and love the thrill of the chase with the ability to knock down doors and bring in work with your current contacts and new ones you meet.

You will be well supported with the latest in lead generation technology and a great team environment with effort match by reward.

Requirements of the Role:

• Previous experience selling into the construction market is a must and candidates with direct equipment hire or access hire experience will be advantageous.

• A current NSW drivers licence and white card are standard requirements with the client open to location based on where you live

• Excellent interpersonal skills and are able to influence and lead
• Self-motivated with the passion to sell
• Strong business acumen
• Target driven
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
