Requirement
1. Experienced in slurry pump industry in Australia.
2. Strong contact with customer especially end-user and EPC companies.
3. Good understanding of slurry pumps products.
4. Engineering background is preferred.
5. Project management experience is preferred.
6. We will prioritize to those who have experience in sales at Vulco,KSB, FLSMITH.
Responsibility
1.Establishing and improving Company sales networks and channels in Australia as well as New Zealand and Papua New Guinea;
2. Developing and setting up marketing strategies and a sales pricing system;
3.Advertising and promoting the Company with a view to establishing a corporate image and product image in Australia as well as New Zealand and Papua New Guinea;
4.Investigating local market potential, establishing and improving customer profiles and information.
5.Articulate a clear understanding of the Company's market share, competitive position and profitability in Australia.
6. Lead the development of comprehensive customer strategies that improve the profitability and growth of the business unit’s system employed by the Company.
7.Make forecasts and summaries of sales for each customer on a quarterly basis to assist in identifying new targets for sales.
8. Provide suggestions on the pricing strategy and stock level based on feedback from customers and market status.
9.Continue internal resource synergy and optimisation to realise more cost and revenue synergy and efficiency enhancement.
10.Ensure compliance with contract review and quotation procedures.
11.Developing a good understanding of client companies, industry, scope,latest trend, work culture and environment,
12.create customer profiles of each customer for Company records.
